RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

In your role you will report to the VP U.S. Deposits Marketing, and be responsible for all aspects of customer portfolio management and lifecycle campaigns.  In this role, you will be responsible for increasing customer value through multi-product marketing, enhancing overall product and portfolio retention and streamlining the current CRM technology to enhance campaign efficiency.  The VP Portfolio Marketing is also tasked with managing the marketing calendar and ensuring that it is always aligned with overall goals and objectives of the business. The VP Portfolio Marketing drives continuous efficiency and improvement within the marketing operations (i.e., SOP development, proper governance over marketing processes, and workflows).

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business.
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
  • Ensuring return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach
  • Create and manage KPIs for areas of responsibility assure we are meeting growth and efficiency targets.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10 - 15 years of building CRM platforms and managing consumer financial product portfolios
  • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems.
  • Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to optimize project investment and efficiency through data driven results.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
