RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

In your role you will report to the VP Portfolio Marketing, and be responsible for managing all aspects of CRM campaign analysis and reporting.  The CRM analyst is tasked with the analysis of all portfolio marketing and other customer communications ensuring alignment with the business’s overall goals and objectives. The Analyst, CRM drives continuous efficiency and improvement within the marketing operating processes (i.e., SOP development, proper governance over marketing processes, and workflows).

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.
  • Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
  • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
  • Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
  • Define, automate and streamline portfolio marketing processes for the purpose of optimizing customer relationship campaign reporting.
  • Create and manage KPIs for areas of responsibility to ensure we are meeting growth and efficiency targets.

 Basic Requirements:

  • Experience working with employees, customers and management, across multiple workstreams to meet time bound deliverables.
  • Analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing vendors and performance. Proven record in driving business outcomes through digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to optimize project investment and efficiency through data-driven results.
  • Proficient use of JIRA, Excel (Macros, Pivot table, VBA), PowerPoint.
