Are you passionate about providing solutions to customer needs and working with multiple teams to provide exceptional customer service?  We’re looking for a professional to join our operations team who wants to use their skills to handle complex escalated situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Serve as an Advocacy SME
  • Identify training gaps, partner with operational excellence on creation and facilitation of Advocacy training
  • Serve as SME on all loan products and point of escalation to Advocates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our high value customers by providing best-in-class service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
  • Act as a point of escalation for difficult customer situations.
  • Be visible and accessible in the team to motivate, answer Advocate questions and monitor productivity.
  • Participate in the planning of small to moderate scope projects.
  • Manage the tracking, compiling, and completion of reports as assigned.
  • Demonstrate advanced banking knowledge with an emphasis on loans.
  • Review reports published to determine priorities for work.
  • Process complex complaints and cases as needed.
  • Help with cases, complaints or inbound as necessary.
  • Ensure completion of remediation.
  • Back up other departments as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months in Advocacy.
  • Trained and able to perform all Advocacy specific tasks.
  • Trained and able to back up all other departments (Fraud, Complex Credit, Collections, Back Office, Inbound)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
  • One or more year(s) in Advocacy
