    Are you looking to apply your finance skills while deepening your understanding of the broad Operations Division?  Our Central Finance team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with both local and global leadership on a variety of focus areas such as headcount management, expense reviews, financial analytics, communication, change management, and business processes.

     

    The Central Finance team is a dynamic and flexible team, constantly adapting to the evolving priorities of the broader organization.  Whether collaborating on regional glidepaths or providing transparency into budgetary trends, the team serves as the primary interface between central leadership and sub divisional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Design, develop and support key financial and HC tracking tools, capabilities and dashboards
    • Drive new system builds and design enhancements to existing applications
    • Articulate concepts and ideas as technical requirements; produce detailed requirements documentation and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
    • Develop testing and implementation approach and manage user acceptance testing
    • Provide procedures and a production support framework for new/existing tools and capabilities
    • Communicate project goals and status throughout the life-cycle of the project

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience in Operations/Financial services
    • Technical aptitude including proficiency in BI tools (Alteryx & Tableau)
    • Highly articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Consistently able to produce high quality deliverables while working under pressure to tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of the technology development lifecycle, ability to understand process/system flows and ability to write detailed functional/technical specifications
    • Organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage conflicting priorities

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2 years of finance or project mgmt experience
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, pays attention to detail and demonstrates appropriate financial/analytical skills.
    • Ability to coordinate and gain consensus across multiple groups (Operations, Business, Technology), in multiple regions, at various levels of seniority
