    Digital Finance Description

    Digital Finance, a subdivision of CCBD, is composed of the firm’s digitally-led consumer businesses which include the global online consumer deposits business and the US online consumer lending business, the firm’s first-ever direct-to-consumer platform built from the ground up.     Summary

    In your role as VP, Marketing Acquisitions you will own and manage Marcus US Deposits digital acquisition channel strategy, talent, and production.  You will report to the VP, Marcus US Deposits Marketing and closely cooperate with multiple functions across CCBD, and develop and execute digital marketing tactics to achieve targeted deposit volume while mitigating acquisition cost.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage and adapt acquisition marketing strategy to achieve achieving deposit volume and acquisition cost targets.
    • Manage digital agency, financial aggregator and paid search vendors to optimize performance, with emphasis on conversion rates for new accounts.
    • Develop and oversee media tactics to drive traffic to the website and call center.
    • Partner with Digital product management to determine appropriate tools/elements within the marketing technology platform designed to measure and optimize marketing results.
    • Manage all processes associated with digital acquisition campaign creation/approval, traffic generation, conversion, and testing/optimization.
    • Hire, train, and manage a team required to deliver digital acquisition marketing results.

    Qualification/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 15+ years of marketing experience.
    • Experience in direct & digital response marketing, performance marketing, online media, user experience (or related areas).
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • In order to be considered for this role, you must be willing and able to do limited travel.

    Desired

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
    • MBA.
    • 10+ years of web and/or digital marketing experience.
    • Prior (online) marketing experience in the financial services industry.
    • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer direct response marketing.
    • Prior experience with web marketing tools.
    • Prior experience managing within and across teams.
    • Expertise in search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), email, and display advertising.
    • Expertise in designing and managing direct response marketing processes and measurement systems from scratch.
    • Strong knowledge of consumer banking products with emphasis in online banking.
    • Knowledge of attribution systems and services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, project management, and program management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in interpreting data and translating into insight-driven strategies.
    • Ability to interact and influence at all levels and across functions within an organization.
    • Ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels within an organization.
    • Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/execution.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
    • Strong sense of detail and urgency, with the ability to motivate others to deliver.
