    GS Growth is looking for an experienced program associate to join our team in San Francisco. The position offers an opportunity to play a vital role within a small team, gain valuable investment experience, and will provide significant exposure to senior management teams / Boards of Directors.




    The program associate position is a two-year commitment. The program associate will be an integral member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including:


    • Deal origination
    • Technical and business due diligence
    • Financial modelling
    • Development and support of investment theses
    • Relationship management with target companies and entrepreneurs
    • Ongoing monitoring and support of portfolio companies




    • Ability to interact and build relationships with senior management
    • Ability and desire to analyze a wide variety of businesses in the technology industry
    • Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent investment judgments
    • 2+ years’ experience in technology investment banking, private equity or venture capital
    • Demonstrable passion for both technology-enabled businesses and investing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated
    • Strong work ethic and team-player
