    Description of Corporate Treasury 

    Corporate Treasury works closely with the CFO, Treasurer and other members of senior management to manage the firm's financial resources and structural balance sheet positioning. The department also manages key relationships with external stakeholders and regulators, and plays a significant role in strategic initiatives across the firm.

     

    Treasury Execution Services

    Treasury Execution Services (TES) is looking for an Associate/Vice President to join its trading team in (London/New York). TES is a business unit within Corporate Treasury, responsible for firm funding risk management and portfolio management of the firm’s cash, currency  and collateral. In conjunction with its risk and portfolio management efforts, the desk executes certain firm funding liabilities including secured funding transactions and term deposits.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Work closely within the TES team across trading functions as well as collaborate with other Corporate Treasury business units
    • Price and risk manage secured funding transactions
    • Risk management of firm wide level risks, including interest rate, basis, x-ccy
    • Portfolio management of the firm’s currency, cash and collateral 

     

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in ALM, fixed income portfolio management, cash management and interest rate risk management
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
    • Analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
    • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and lead long-term complex projects
    • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
    • Creative thinker
    • Experience in CIO or ALM function
