    Corporate Treasury works closely with the CFO, Treasurer and other members of senior management to manage the firm's funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. The department plays a key role in firmwide strategic and analytical projects, providing a unique insight into the firm's business activities and performance. Corporate Treasury is seeking a (Associate/Vice President) to support the Libor Transition program firmwide. Objectives of the program  is to ensure a seamless IBOR transition for our clients, the market place, and our Firm, as well as raise Firm and Industry -wide awareness around the impacts and magnitude of the IBOR transition

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Responsibilities May Include

    • Responsible developing and executing a coordinated strategy to transition from LIBOR to Alternative Reference Rates
    • Analyze, assess and manage the firm’s risks related to the IBOR transition
    • Create presentations related to Libor migration for discussion with the Board of Directors, senior management, counterparties/clients, ratings agencies and regulators  
    • Close partnership with the revenue divisions as well as federation groups like Operations, Technology, Market Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.  to meet the objectives of key work streams like client strategy & outreach, risk management, legal contract management, model landscape, process and operations, industry and regulatory, , etc.  

    Skills / Experience 

    • Knowledge of interest rate derivatives and fixed income markets
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and to effectively interact with senior management and global stakeholders
    • Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing organization
    • Commercial focus, ready to take ownership and accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask
    • Prior experience in treasury or a relevant field (for example, Risk Management, Funding, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets) a plus
    • Project management skills a plus
