    Digital Finance, a business unit within CCBD, is comprised of the firm’s digitally-led consumer businesses, which include the Marcus deposits and lending businesses, as well as the personal financial management app, Clarity Money.     Your Impact

    As a Marketing Services Analyst on the Customer Acquisition team you will be critical for the Lending Business to make offers to and communicate with existing and potential customers. You will have a direct impact on the revenue for the business and help ensure a positive customer experience and regulatory compliance. You will be a direct contributor to the success of the business.


    Job Summary and Responsibilities: 

    • You will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns end-to-end for all channels including direct mail, email, website and our contact center. To do this you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Brand and Technology, as well as vendor and agency partners
    • You will be responsible for establishing governance of CRM marketing business rules that define marketing strategy across multiple product lines
    • You will help identify and roll out new technologies and data sources that bring efficiency and innovation to marketing processes and practices
    • You will be involved in analyzing marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities
    • You will develop and execute a robust set of process and controls that minimize campaign operational risk while optimizing go-to-market time


    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in campaign execution and marketing services preferably within the financial services sector
    • In-depth knowledge and proficiency with at least one Campaign Management tool such as Adobe Campaign or Unica Campaign (IBM)
    • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools is a strong plus
    • Six Sigma or similar certifications is a strong plus
    • Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts across multiple internal and external partners concurrently
    • Efficiency, attention to detail and organization skills are imperative
    • Superior communicator and strong team player with an ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated individual seeking a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
    • Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
