    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate and contribute towards implementation of strategic platforms including documentation of requirements, design, integration of legacy processes and change management
    • Maintenance and configuration of expense management systems including reference data, policy administration and data interfaces with internal and external sources
    • Review and enhance current processes to realize efficiency and to better manage embedded risk
    • Liaise with the divisional stakeholders to communicate department strategy and act as a point of escalation
    • Enhance and evolve the functional risk management framework, processes and infrastructure
    • Recommend & implement corrective & preventive actions to mitigate operational errors and incidents
    • Assist with daily team responsibilities as needed across local and regional teams for the settlement and funding of transactional and payment activity in adherence with firm & regulatory policies
    • Ensure proper application of risk management tools for effective risk management on the daily operational tasks managed by the team

    • Taking a lead in key project deliveries for the team as we evolve to meet new business requirements
    • Actively assist to develop an overall payments strategy as the industry evolves alongside our new business needs

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 4+ years of working experience in a team environment
    • Fundamental understanding of payment controls and practices, vendor governance and tax compliance
    • Accounts Payable experience with either SAP products Ariba, S4 Hana, Fieldglass or Concur
    • Good teamwork skills and ability to work with a wide user group in different regions of the world
    • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well under pressure
    • Ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment. Team oriented approach to sharing workload and leverage skill sets
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to cope with rapidly changing priorities throughout the day are essential
    • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to generate creative solutions to problems and challenge processes, be willing to dig into the detail to resolve issues
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with accounts payable implementations and change management
    • Risk management and familiarity with US tax regulations including 1099 and 1042 reporting
