    CONSUMER AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION (CIMD)

    The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    YOUR IMPACT

    As part of your role, you will spearhead the administration of a dialer platform, including standard and customized process-flow requirements. You’ll create new outbound campaigns and work with Telephony, IVRs and external system connectors. Other responsibilities include the uploading and downloading of files into and from the calling platform, campaign monitoring, reporting and providing managers with insight into performance and improvement opportunities.  You will be driving significant business value by ensuring successful outcomes from our outbound dialer campaigns.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, implement, and monitor dialer strategy including daily campaigns
    • Continuously improve all customer and management processes related to the dialer and dialer campaigns
    • Partner with key areas like operations, technology, product, to drive improvements to ultimately enhance customer experience

     

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (preferred)
    • 5–7 years of experience that includes professional administration with Telephony systems
    • Knowledge of dialer software and IVR/VRU and ACD functionality
    • A detail-oriented, analytical and self-motivated orientation
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • An innovative thinker who is comfortable working with multi-faceted, complex concepts and ideas
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing priorities and needs
    • An effective team player with the ability to complete tasks and projects while monitoring various aspects of operations
