    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    This senior analyst / associate position is a part of the Americas Legal Department Administration team and will be responsible for various tasks and projects related to the administration of the Legal Department globally and the Internal Audit Department. It will also serve as the local administrator for the Dallas Legal Department.  This position will be based in Dallas and report to the Regional Administrator who is based in New York. It will have a dotted line into Department Head.


    Job Description:

    Working with the Legal Department administration team, performing duties relating to onboarding and offboarding of Legal and Internal Audit employees and contingent workers; space management, equipment procurement (phones and hardware), oversight of assistants and other one-off administrative requests. Serve as floor administrator for the Dallas Legal Department; manage ad hoc administration projects and respond to local administrative requests.


    Various tasks may include:

    • Coordinating with Technology to assist with systems access, equipment needs and various ad hoc requests.
    • Coordinate with NY/NJ administration team on business continuity planning.
    • Create and distribute weekly and monthly newsletters.
    • Maintain Legal Department e-mail and v-mail distribution lists for the Americas.
    • Maintain Americas Legal Department Events Calendar.
    • Assist with budgets and event planning for departmental committees.
    • Work with other divisions on ad hoc projects and serve as point of contact
    • Provide training to new members of the department
    • Serve as Artemis (time entry system) administrator.
    • Backup for New York-based logistics administrator.
    • Participate in other ad hoc administrative projects as needed.
