    YOUR IMPACT  
    Are you looking to apply your skills in the wealth advisory business and work with internal and external portfolio managers across a variety of investment products?  Our Managed Account Services team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with portfolio managers, sales teams and across related teams to support the PWM managed account program. 

     

    OUR IMPACT 
    The analyst/associate will liaise with PWM teams, internal and external portfolio managers, Compliance, and numerous teams within Operations to setup and maintain managed accounts. The analyst/associate will oversee account setup, transaction processing, position and activity reconciliation, account status and attribute maintenance, and account terminations with the portfolio managers.  Other duties include tax harvesting, launching new separate account strategies, and assisting with ADV mailing for external portfolio managers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    • Assist PWM Teams and clients with investments in managed accounts
    • Coordinate across portfolio managers on fundings, withdrawals, trading requests and account attribute changes
    • Perform position and activity reconciliations to mitigate risk
    • Mitigate risk across the managed account platform designing process improvements

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2+ years of work experience in Operations, Finance, or related field
    • Strong focus on risks, controls, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet intraday deadlines
    • Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities
