    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review Travel & Entertainment policy and governance processes, identifying opportunities to rationalize spend management program
    • Partner with divisional stakeholders, leveraging data to pre-emptively identify areas of opportunity within operating budget relating to Travel & Entertainment
    • Liaise with the divisional stakeholders to communicate department strategy and act as a point of escalation
    • Participate in, and contribute towards, strategic implementation of governance platforms

    • Taking a lead in key project deliveries for the team as we evolve to meet new business requirements

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 4+ years of working experience in a team environment
    • Good teamwork skills and ability to work with a wide user group in different regions of the world
    • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well under pressure
    • Ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment. Team oriented approach to sharing workload and leverage skill sets
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to cope with rapidly changing priorities throughout the day are essential
    • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to generate creative solutions to problems and challenge processes, be willing to dig into the detail to resolve issues
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master’s degree
    • Experience with SAP Concur
