    CONSUMER AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION (CIMD)

    The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for workflow and project management of inbound creative projects, including design and copy requests for items such as collateral materials, digital ads, social and digital content, customer communications and video for a consumer finance business
    • Understand the creative development process and shepherd creative deliverables from end to end
    • Understand the nature of an internal ad agency business and be able to manage a team / work directly with art director, copywriters and digital designers
    • Maintain equal commitment to both creative excellence and productivity metrics
    • Monitor work stream performance, including developing reporting and monitoring metrics as well as identifying issues and making recommendations to resolve
    • Work to demanding timescales in a fast-paced team working environment with the ability to work across geographies at times
    • Maintain a complex project planning document for meeting project milestones and contractual deadlines with multiple senior level stakeholders across teams, as well as Legal and Compliance
    • Lead the delivery of new project management tools and techniques
    • Represent the Creative Services team to deliver communications to the wider program
    • Proactively identify ideas to improve processes
    • Continuously monitor latest marketing trends and competitive products and services that fall under CIMD product domain and resonate with current and potential customers
    • Plan, manage and execute creative deliverables that meet quality expectations  and ensure customer satisfaction

    Basic Qualifications

    • 5 – 8 years of in-house or agency experience
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Legal as well as leading a team
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Experience in a highly regulated industry a plus
    • Experience managing internal creative teams and vendor relationships through projects
    • Experience identifying, contracting and managing all types of creative resources and vendors from freelancers to printers to experiential production
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and program management skills
    • Strong stakeholder management
    • Ability to interact and influence at all levels and across functions within an organization and across geographies
    • Ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels within an organization
    • Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/execution
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
    • Ability to develop, implement and execute marketing initiatives and activities for CIMD product brand
    • Strong sense of detail and urgency, with the ability to motivate others to deliver
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Bachelor’s degree
