BUSINESS UNIT AND ROLE OVERVIEW
The Goldman Sachs Legal Department in Dallas, TX has an opening in the Realty Management Division (RMD) Closing Team for an Associate/Vice President Closer having at least 2 years of experience closing commercial real estate related transactions. Experience with both direct real estate transactions and lending/borrowing transactions is preferred. RMD is focused on a wide range of real estate activities and transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing (both lending and borrowing), construction, development and asset management. Asset classes include office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and industrial. The Closer position will provide support for many facets of the closing process related to these types of transactions, as well as general transaction project management. Excellent organizational, project management and customer service skills are required. The candidate must be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Word and Excel, and enjoy working in a team environment.
