    We are looking for a detail-oriented new member to join the Marcus team. You will play a key role in supporting distribution channel management. You will analyze data related to various distribution channels to help track performance trends, assess profitability and identify improvement levers. You will be responsible for managing ongoing reporting and communication with key business stakeholders.

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

     

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Conduct on-going and ad-hoc reporting and analytics to assess channel performance
    • Manage marketing initiatives with the distribution channels including testing of new marketing language or placement options on third party sites
    • Liaise with credit team to drive pricing strategy by analyzing take rates
    • Assess the funnel performance and identify any improvements in experience or onboarding process to enhance the conversation rate
    • Support team leadership with day-to-day distribution channel management including key customer dispute handling

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Characteristics of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-4 years of relevant work experience
    • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and other tools to support quantitative analysis & written presentations
    • SQL knowledge (required)
    • Understanding of digital finance or consumer and small business lending preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner
