This is a challenging role in a global team with exposure to wide range of HCM process. It is focused on process expertise, operations management, client engagement and team work. The team is seeking a professional who can collaborate effectively across functional groups and provide maximum leverage to our stakeholders (Talent Advisors).
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Advisors Solutions team is a global team with on the ground presence in Salt Lake City and Bangalore. Your role will be aligned to the HCM Infrastructure where you will have the opportunity to interact with divisional HR Talent Advisors members as well as workforce administrators across all divisions. The focus is on providing:
