    Your Impact

    As a Marketing Services Analyst on the Customer Acquisition team you will be critical for the Lending Business to make email offers to and communicate with existing and potential customers. You will have a direct impact on the revenue for the business. You will do so while ensuring a positive customer experience and regulatory compliance. You will be a direct contributor to the success of the business.


    Job Summary and Responsibilities: 

    • You will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns end-to-end. To do this you will work closely with numerous internal teams and external partners
    • You will help identify and roll out new technologies and data sources that bring efficiency and innovation to marketing processes and practices
    • You will be involved in analyzing email marketing campaigns from an operations perspective and identifying optimization opportunities
    • You will refine and execute a robust set of tests, process and controls that minimize campaign operational risk while optimizing go-to-market time


    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email campaign execution and marketing services, preferably within the financial services sector 
    • In-depth knowledge and proficiency with at least one Campaign Management tool such as Adobe Campaign or Unica Campaign (IBM)
    • Experience with Liveramp Connect tool for digital audience onboarding a plus
    • Proficiency in HTML, SQL or BI tools is a strong plus
    • Six Sigma or similar certifications is a strong plus
    • Strong analytical mindset, intense curiosity and problem solving aptitude 
    • Ability to understand data management and execution processes from end-to-end
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various efforts across multiple internal and external partners concurrently
    • Efficiency, organization skills and deep attention to detail are imperative
    • Superior communicator and strong team player with an ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
