    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    We are looking for a new member to join the Marcus team. You will play a pivotal role in leading lending product management and serving as a liaison with the key distribution channels. The member will be responsible for managing profitability and key operational metrics for the lending products as well as for driving strategy for future growth of the products.

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Own all reporting related to the program
    • Ensure SLAs regarding services levels, decisioning time or other performance areas are met
    • Act as point of contact for all customer disputes and work with internal teams to resolve them with direct responsibility for largest customer accounts
    • Assess partnership profitability and recommend actions to improve performance
    • Partner with credit team to refine pre-selection criteria for offer placement within approved credit box to manage incoming volume and profitability
    • Lead internal and partner governance routines

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Characteristics of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

    • Master’s degree
    • 8+ years of relevant work experience
    • Strong proficiency with Excel and other tools to support structured and ad-hoc quantitative analysis
    • Formal business development, partnership management or consulting experience required
    • Understanding of digital finance or consumer and small business lending preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner

    The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs).
