The Executive Office plays an integral role in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs’ strategy and in supporting and enhancing the firm’s distinctive culture. Our goal is to provide our people, clients, shareholders and the broader public with information about the breadth of our global efforts, highlight our focus on delivering sustainable, long-term returns for our shareholders and demonstrate our commitment to making an impact on the communities where we live and work and on society more broadly.
The Conflicts Resolution Group (CRG) evaluates a wide range of the firm’s business activities in order to identify, assess, and manage actual or perceived conflicts of interest resulting from the firm’s new and existing roles, positions, and responsibilities, as well as reputational risks. In doing so, the CRG helps to protect the firm’s client relationships, safeguard confidential information, mitigate reputational risk, and ensure that we are able to fulfill our responsibilities to clients prior to accepting a role and over the course of our engagement.
A role in CRG Operations offers an exceptional opportunity for professional development for a person interested in financial markets and firmwide business activities who has the capacity to appreciate the complexities of risk management in the space.
