    Are you looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver positive and frictionless digital consumer experiences? Goldman Sachs is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join the growing product team within the Consumer and Commercial Banking Division. The ideal candidate is an experienced agile product manager, with proven success designing and launching large-scale digital web and mobile properties.

    As a digital product manager you will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and brand teams to develop, prioritize and own the roadmap and operate as product owner, driving the agile development process to deliver new features and functionality, identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web and mobile properties.

    This role is to head up our account management team that lives and breathes post-booking engagement. If you love building lasting, meaningful, servicing relationships this the role for you. You will have direct reports, but we are looking for candidates that aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig in when necessary.

    • Own and drive the digital product roadmap for customer engagement to meet business goals, achieve key performance indicators, increase engagement and up sell conversion, and provide a world-class customer experience
    • Prioritize feature development, build consensus among stakeholders, and partner with engineers and designers to ship high-quality experiences
    • Analyze user feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development
    • Research web, mobile and UX industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for product roadmap
    • Act as product owner to define new features to be built, write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
    • Mentor and lead a team of product managers to execute on your product vision



    • 6+ years of web/mobile product management delivery experience in a product-oriented team, with exposure to a digital product initiative throughout the delivery lifecycle
    • 6+ years defining web/mobile products including UX (personas, wireframes), funnel management, and A/B testing
    • Track record of driving product improvements using data informed decision making through user testing, data analysis, and A/B testing
    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
    • Aptitude for building relationships that enable smooth interactions in internal business collaborations
    • Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
    • Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
    • Proficient in JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence
    • Bachelors/ Undergraduate Degree



    • Technical knowledge (including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL) a plus
    • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
    • Experience with loan management software or have built one yourself
    • Experience working for a financial institution, FinTech, or consulting firm is preferred
    • Business analysis and project based exposure to consumer lending initiatives and concepts
