    SERVICES

    Business Finance & Spend Management (BFSM) is a part of the Services division and the objective of this group is to deliver commercial value and front-to-back cost transparency across the firm. Under the Spend Management umbrella and focused on the front-to-back theme the Procure to Pay team is divided into 3 pillars - Procurement Management, Expense Management and Accounting & Tax Control.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

     

    JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSBILITIES

     

    Analyst role within procurement management requires an individual to work on maintaining third party vendor profiles in ERP system. The role includes responsibility of enabling the firm to actively and effectively manage its vendor population and associated process/program risks. The individual needs to exhibit the ability to identify problems and control gaps and come up with innovative solutions to mitigate the risk. The role also demands the ability to effectively communicate with stake holders across different regions and help build partnerships across different divisions with P2P. Individual will support in process transformation initiatives to bring in efficiencies & controls within the process.

     

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Perform vendor Onboarding and profile maintenance activities within the ERP system
    • Develop strong working knowledge on procurement, vendor management and contract management
    • Support vendor management activities performed by regional Vendor Management teams
    • Meet defined service levels for all Vendor Onboarding team activities
    • Support continual process improvements, industrialisation initiatives and data management initiatives to maintain data quality across applications used for Vendor Management
    • Query management and client repsonse
    • Be an active participant/contributor to process reengineering with / without technology changes
    • Support Third Party Risk Management Governace initiatives like Program and Policy Changes being implemented

     

     

     

    SKILL / EXPERIENCE

     

    MANDATORY SKILLS

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sourcing/supply chain management/contract administration/vendor management and operational risk management
    • Prior experience in the source to pay / procure to pay cycle
    • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well under pressure
    • Ability to handle conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines
    • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PPT): experience of Ariba/SAP systems will be added advantage
    • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment and positively interact with various levels of management
    • Collaborative and consensus driven approach
    • Team player
    • Strong listening and communication skills
