    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Job Summary & Responsibilities:

    Counterparty Risk serves as the centralized team for client experience and derivatives trading strategy for the Securities Division, determining the balance between commercial outcomes and risk mitigation

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Initiatives: Protect revenue and drive capital and funding efficiencies through client migrations, margin regulation implementations and agreement restructurings
    • Client Experience: design and implement strategies to improve the client onboarding experience
    • Derivative Knowledge Hub: assess and address pricing impactful terms within client documentation (CSA discounting) working with sales and trading
    • Doc Approvals and Escalations: centralized approval and escalation point for Sec Div

     

    Qualifications:

    • Quantitative background
    • proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Strong communication skills with an ability to manage senior stakeholders
    • Teamwork
    • Analytical mindset that can think holistically about a problem and make a set of thoughtful recommendations
