    FINANCE

    We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and providing the overall financial control and reporting functions. Whether assessing the creditworthiness of the firm’s counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with trading activities, or offering analytical and regulatory compliance support, our work contributes directly to the firm’s success.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to and manage key team deliverables related to ongoing analysis, reporting and monitoring of the Bank’s
      • Revenues and expenses (including related market impacts)
      • Performance of businesses within the Bank
      • Key performance metrics including NIM, profit margin
    • Prepare and conduct analysis required for the Bank’s annual budget, capital plan and resolution plan
    • Assist with the development of legal entity financial information and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and prepare audited financial statements, as applicable
    • Ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis to  
      • Evaluate new businesses or transactions in the bank
      • Enable competitor analysis and peer benchmarking
    • Work extensively with other areas of firm such as Product Controllers, Funding Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Legal, Tax, Regulatory, Market Risk and Credit Risk on various ad hoc inquiries including new products requests, strategic business initiatives, automation / workflow initiatives, and transfer pricing 

    Qualifications:

    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Conceptual thinker and problem solver who is detail oriented, structured and organized in their execution
    • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and build relationships with people from varied departments and levels of seniority
    • Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance. Excellent written and communication skills
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience
    • Self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks, operate within deadlines, and escalate when appropriate
