    The Talent Reporting and Metrics team works closely with the HCM Engineering Recruiting team to provide reporting, report development/automation, data intelligence, analytics and expertise on recruiting data. The team partners both with internal and external HCM clients to provide data-focused insights that empower HCM to meet its strategic goals and improve HCM delivery to divisions. Services include streamlining processes through re-engineering and automation, data governance, enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    As a member of Talent Reporting and Metrics, you will work with a dynamic, fast-paced team to provide analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and automation on a variety of HCM Engineering Recruiting initiatives and requests to senior leaders at the firm. Additional responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the development of HCM recruiting strategy and projects through data collection, reporting, dashboard development, and analysis
    • Organizing, governing, and analyzing large datasets; interpreting and presenting results to various audiences
    • Leverage Tableau and Business Objects to automate and standardize engineering recruiting reports with goal to scale automation across full recruiting organization
    • Partner with HCM technology and report automation to design and deploy new dashboards and reports
    • Oversee the automation of legacy and offline reporting structures by partnering with HCM Technology and Automation teams to migrate data sources, create Tableau dashboards, and standardize reports in Business Objects
    • Engage with Engineering recruiting stakeholders and leadership to understand their reporting needs and priorities and to define key performance indicators
    • Champion quality control, data validations, and testing to support internal systems/tools and dashboard/reporting rollouts

    QUALIFICATIONS

     SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

     BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Relevant graduate degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
    • Approximately 3-6 years relevant work experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Tableau and familiarity with other Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects and Alteryx
    • Excellent analytical skills: ability to organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results to various audiences, and take responsibility for data quality assurance
    • Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with advanced Excel skills such as vlookups, pivot tables, and multiple variable formulas; VBA experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to handle multiple, time sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
    • Attention to detail – highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery
    • High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
    • Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships successfully
    • Ability to work well independently and in a global team environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience working with HR Technology
    • Familiarity with SQL
    • Basic knowledge of Python, and/or RStudio
    • Agile and independent work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction
    • Ability to work in a geographically diverse team and build strong relationships across locations and regions
