    The Diversity Recruiting Team at Goldman Sachs is an integral part of the global recruiting organization.   With a focus on traditionally underrepresented groups (including but not limited to women, black and Hispanic/Latino people, Veterans, the LGBT community, people with disabilities, Veterans and first-generation college students) the team develops innovative and targeted recruiting strategies, builds relationships with internal and external partners, and cultivates candidates in an effort to provide a robust and diverse pipeline of talent for the firm.

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    • Design, lead and implement campus diversity recruiting strategy across the Americas
    • Present to key governing bodies and stakeholders, including regional diversity committees
    • Manage Firmwide relationships with non-profit organizations that support underrepresented students, e.g., SEO, Posse, Lime Connect, MLT and others
    • Conceptualize and present innovative programming to students on undergraduate and/or MBA campuses, and at the firm
    • Attend, host and travel to diversity-focused conferences, events, and meetings to identify top talent
    • Serve as an advisor to other members of the campus recruiting community to ensure a diversity strategy is developed across different divisions
    • Partner with the University Relations Team to develop campus diversity strategies and programming
    • Partner with marketing and our communications team and external organizations to increase brand recognition and market onsite programming
    • Serve as an advisor to interns during summer program

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience – 5+ years recruiting experience with a preference of 3+ years focused on diversity and inclusion across recruiting
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Ability to develop relationships with senior professionals and work collaboratively across teams
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated client focus
    • Highly organized and results driven
    • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems

     

    PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experienced with managing complex processes
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Attention to detail and excellent follow through required
    • Familiarity with diversity initiatives and organizations
