HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Main responsibilities will include, not limited to, performing analysis, design and development of core functionalities and enhancements to support business projects, driving technology and business projects globally, working on global projects with the team members in other regions, and participating in the quality control of the strategic products. The time allocation for each function will vary depending on the projects / team workload. As a team member of a global team, the candidate will be facing to a variety of audiences which will include team members across regions, operations teams and other technology teams. The nature of the interactions can be either local (within the same office) or global. Our team delivery model serves projects from any region to any other region. We are looking for a candidate that can, within the first 6 months, familiarize and learn core competencies in the technology/functional spaces, and deliver core services. Our team works with the following technologies: Java, JDBC, Junit, Db2, Sybase, ElasticSearch, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JSON. Since one of our core competencies is developing large scale/high performance processes, our team invests in innovation of new ideas and technologies. Please note that the build out of a strategic platform (24x6) involves performing support, therefore, the candidate should be willing to be part of first line of support rota, and provide assistance in case in the event of production issues.
