    Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, NY.


    Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)


    Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, NY. Vice President within the Consumer Lending business unit. Support end-to-end delivery of operational capabilities through multiple delivery teams using Agile, Scrum and Scaled Agile ceremonies and practices. Facilitate and lead teams through execution of proper agile methodologies and practice, managing impediments and risks to overall delivery. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and organize user stories, tasks, as well as manage and prioritize the product backlog. Facilitate in release planning and scheduling by providing empirical Scrum team statistics, identifying project dependencies, and creating velocity forecasts. Manage an entire program of projects across platforms, which include iOS/Android, web and critical back-end systems. Support continuous delivery in the implementation of various agile techniques such as TDD, BDD, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery. Serve as teams’ or programs’ information radiator, representing the team or program to senior management, stakeholders and sponsors. Effectively use metrics and data visualization to report progress and support data-driven decision making at the team or program level. Facilitate iteration planning, retrospectives, demos, and daily stand-ups. Facilitate the development and growth of Team Agreements, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.


    Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience with: facilitating and leading engineering teams through the use of proper Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; working with SDLC, APIs, TDD, Continuous Integration and microservice architecture; using MS Project, Microsoft Excel, JIRA and VISIO to create project plans, technical diagrams, and reports/metrics; project management of large, multi-team, technical projects within a large institution; and conducting project management using JIRA, while leading large-scale projects, including communication with stakeholders and working with global teams.
