This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for the markets, with individuals who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are energized by a bustling trading floor.

    What We Do

Our team is a fundamental part of Equities One Delta Execution Services group which form a part of the Equities business within the Securities Division.

Primary responsibilities of the team revolve around building and supporting analytics systems for business and client reporting, which includes:

    1. Quantitatively representing client and business profitability across various channels
    2. Facilitating Sales and Trading client interactions, investment decisions, risk management, etc.
    3. Quantify sales and trading decisions - cost of capital, balance sheet, workflow complexity etc.

In this entrepreneurial role, we balance our time between building large, scalable platforms and systems, and providing analysis and advice to the Sales and Trading desks.

Our team help guide business leaders' decision making and has a direct impact on key revenue streams for the group.

    Your Impact

If you are looking for a high impact position in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to fully leverage your strong programming and communication skills, then our team is the ideal opportunity for you.

You'll be a member of a small and highly integrated team where the lines between your ideas and execution are almost non-existent.

You will build platforms - from scratch, on a technology of your choice - to enhance our analytics systems, while working closely with Sales, Trading and Senior Management.

    Who We Look For
