    Job Summary & Responsibilities

     

    The Cross Markets Group (CMG) team is focused on expanding our coverage of corporate clients and sponsor portfolio companies as well as middle market financial sponsors. We will cover clients across all industries and provide M&A, financing and other corporate finance solutions utilizing dedicated resources from within the Cross Markets Group team of investment bankers.

    Vice Presidents in IBD work with our clients in achieving their most important strategic and financial objectives. Specifically, within the Cross Markets Group M&A, Vice Presidents will drive M&A transactions working closely with corporate clients (public and private) and sponsor portfolio companies (plus their related financial sponsors) between $500 million and $2 billion in size through all stages of an M&A transaction.

     

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree and 4+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of investment banking or equivalent experience
    • Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
    • 2+ years’ experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates
    • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
    • Passion for the middle market space and working with a range of public and private clients​
