    The Recruiting Strategy and Operations team is the engine at the core of the global recruiting machine. We ensure there is a robust infrastructure and foundation in place to enable our Recruiters to attract the best and most diverse talent in the market. We provide strategic and operational expertise and efficient and effective operational management to ensure efficiency of process and a high candidate experience. We have a holistic view across recruiting to ensure alignment with Firmwide, HCM and Recruiting strategic objectives.

    This position will provide an experienced manager the opportunity to join a growing and specialized team in a global and leading recruiting organization. This individual will work across all levels of the talent acquisition organization, working closely with Recruiting leadership, as well as liaising with the various centers of expertise in and outside of HCM.

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    • Lead a team of Recruiting Strategy and Operations specialists, working closely with the global Talent lead, to own people and talent management, resourcing and pipeline tracking
    • Support the Global Recruiting Program to analyze data and metrics, identify trends, evaluate effectiveness/measure ROI of resources and operations
    • Define Recruiting system and reporting improvements to increase the collection of accurate and timely metrics to drive decision making
    • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to help inform areas of focus and strategic direction and recommend appropriate changes and enhancements
    • Partner with Recruiting leads to establish benchmarks for improving productivity and high-impact initiatives
    • Lead on strategic program management helping to design, implement and manage global Recruiting platform efforts
    • Work with recruiting leadership to ensure transparency, implementation and governance around key programs and policies, including risk management, and designing and owning subsequent team education programs
    • Create and design presentations for global recruiting leadership, and other senior leadership, to leverage with stakeholders across the firm. These materials will help guide strategic decision making for global recruiting
    • Promote a culture of data accuracy throughout the recruiting organization, owning education and training opportunities for the team and encouraging the use of data to drive decisions
    • Design, implement, and monitor key controls across the recruiting organization to ensure oversight and accountability within the team
    • Own and manage the recruiting budget and resource plan, utilizing recruiting analytics to make data-driven decisions and tell the firmwide recruiting story
    • Build financial and resource models to support people and budget decision making
    • Provide oversight for Recruiting vendors by managing contract negotiations, performance and overall vendor strategy

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Project Management – you have experience managing small and large scale projects, across various geographies and teams
    • Change Management – you have experience managing small and large scale change, working to bring together multiple stakeholders and teams and acting as the central hub of project management and communication
    • Analytical – you have significant experience analyzing large data sets and synthesizing into key themes and takeaways and are able to upskill others on reporting capabilities
    • Results-oriented – you are able to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered, and helping lead projects and teams to a successful conclusion
    • High level of maturity – you are able to manage confidential information and have excellent judgment, acting as an internal consultant for your stakeholders
    • Client service focus – you have the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and act as mentor to those more junior to you
    • Communication – you possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and are able to navigate complex situations
    • Prioritization – you are able to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
