    Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)


    Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, NY. Conduct deep dive valuation and financial analysis (Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged Buyout, Merger Consequences, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions) during buy-side, sell-side, or financing processes to present to corporates, financial sponsors and private clients, analyzing accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings and documents, financial projections and models to support with analysis. Draft financing (Bank Books, Lender Presentations, and Rating Agency Presentations) and marketing (Confidential Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, and Teasers) materials to assist companies in the Healthcare sector to present to potential buyers of the company or their securities and other relevant third parties. Manage live deal execution, including interacting / coordinating with clients and potential buyers and investors on a daily basis, running the due diligence process, chaperoning due diligence calls / sessions, visiting company facilities, negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents with lawyers and potential buyers, and organizing and attending deal and non-deal roadshows. Oversee junior professionals’ work product, including reviewing financial modeling work and presentations prepared for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches and client service projects on corporate finance topics. Review memoranda required to gain internal approvals from various investment banking committees. Interact with senior management, other financing / structuring groups internally and third party vendors on a daily basis to execute projects, provide updates, and prepare presentation materials as it relates to live execution of M&A, equity and debt underwriting processes. Generate M&A target ideas and deal structuring ideas for existing clients and socialize those ideas with the internal deal teams and the clients’ management teams at board meetings and on conference calls.


    Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Prior work experience must include two (2) years:  developing financial models and complex presentations related to various topics, including but not limited to business strategy and corporate finance, using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; working on teams to provide financial advice to Healthcare companies on complex financial transactions; driving analysis in structuring and executing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financing transactions; building and reviewing financial models, including operating models, M&A models, and LBO valuations and models; presenting to senior executives on corporate strategy and financing alternatives; performing Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged Buyout, Merger Consequences, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions analysis; analyzing accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings and documents, and financial projections and models; preparing debt, equity or merger filings, and regulatory documents including S-1 and other SEC-filed documents; and reviewing legal documents that support financial transactions. FINRA Series 79 License required. Travel required ten plus percent (10+ %) of the time to meet with clients (primarily domestic, but can also be international).
