The Goldman Sachs Credit Card business is seeking an energetic and analytically-minded Growth Strategy Associate. In this role you’ll apply your credit card customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing experience and analytical background to drive growth for our business.
You will be an owner of our account and customer engagement goals. You’ll lead ideation, sizing, incubation and tracking of all growth initiatives. And you’ll help drive and consolidate impact of the initiatives, which will include marketing, promotions, product, platform, policy and process changes.
You will uncover and share insights and opportunities on prospect demand and conversion, and customer engagement. To reach your growth objectives you will engage with and influence executive stakeholders across Product, Risk Management, Technology Business Development and other teams. Most importantly you’ll help drive the strategy into tangible business outcomes.
Success in this role will require you to be entrepreneurial, wearing different hats to suit the business need, including: strategist, analyst, product/project manager, channel manager, general manager, and more.

The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.
