Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York within the Inflation Trading team, responsible for: Market making for institutional clients in North America in Inflation products including derivatives and securities; Prospecting new clients and enhancing relationships with existing clients; Understanding client needs and helping them with their investment decisions; Diligently managing all operational duties that go hand in hand with risk management; Overseeing relevant risk, pricing, orders and execution; and Working closely with Sales and Clients to grow the Inflation franchise.

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related position. Prior work experience must include four (4) years of experience with: fixed income market making experience; working with Inflation linked bond products; creating and working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and utilizing the Bloomberg application; treasury bond product knowledge; and market making in derivative products. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
