Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Serve as HCM Product Manager, working with clients and the Technology division to analyze, design, test, and implement new and/or improved processes that are more efficient and better mitigate risk by leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud Technologies. Use Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to ensure the best use of the product by serving the Firm’s business requirements with the least ongoing maintenance. Recommend best configuration option for each Human Resource process. Manage Oracle quarterly releases and recommend new functionality that should be introduced to the Firm. Troubleshoot issues that arise in Oracle solution. Train users and support rollout.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for multinational company with more than 30K employees; Automating human resource processes from recruitment through employee exit; Human resources process requirements gathering, process redesign, and solutions design; Testing of technology solutions and developing appropriate test scripts; Creating and managing project plans, issue logs, and risk logs; Presenting technical solutions options to business users with limited technical expertise to capture preferred design choices; and Preparing required project documents including but not limited to Business Requirement Documents, Requirement Tractability Matrix, RACI, Test Scripts, Process Maps, Human Resources User Guides for ongoing system maintenance and to guide business users in self-service training and day-to-day operating reference. Remote working/telecommuting permitted one day per week within commutable distance to work site.
