The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, financial tools, and our partnership with Apple on Apple Card. We use innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity. As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.



  • Focus is on UI/UX for Agent and Operation screens enabling efficient and comprehensive service to the customer
  • Pick up or write JIRA tickets to create capabilities in the channel/endpoint
  • Write requirements for all functionality/capabilities to be enabled in the channel
  • Sequence and manage builds to enable full functionality/capability in channel
  • Coordinate the use of application developers (engineers) who will build the desired functionality/capabilities in channel
  • Create additional features/capabilities that may not be included in a squad (WFM, Co-browse, last contact, etc.)
  • Engage with the Product Feature Owners to better understand functionality through discussion of user cases and customer journeys provided
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
  • Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences (from development teams to program leadership)
  • Define and help design new features to be built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
  • Implement strategy, design (UX) and use of endpoint/channel
  • Work directly with Agent UI/UX designer to ensure that the design is aligned to requirements


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3-7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
  • Proven ability to create Business Process Maps & operating procedures
  • Experience creating technical documentation
  • Ability to create comprehensive training materials
  • Experience in the creation of business policies
  • Proven capability to coordinate UAT/QM to validate functionality
  • Experience in Agent UI/UX development
  • Proficient in Jira or similar applications
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
