The Corporate and Workplace Solutions Division (CWS) is comprised of Corporate and Workplace Solutions and the Office of Global Security. Our team focuses on commercial management, client support, advisory solutions, strategic planning, risk management, people security, real estate strategy and the enablement of collaboration and productivity tools across the firm.

How We’re Organized

 

Real Estate - Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development and Facilities.

 

Spend Management - Aligns all commercial advisory and risk management functions that drive operating efficiency. Departments include Product Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Governance, Procure to Pay and Infrastructure & Transformation.

 

Client Engagement - Reflects partnership with internal clients in developing and delivering world-class solutions for the firm. Departments include Document Management, Events, Hospitality and Travel.

 

CWS Engineering - Aligns all engineering functions integral to the successful performance of the division. Departments include Workplace Engineering, Client & Production Engineering, Corporate Engineering and Spend Management Engineering.

 

Divisional Management (COO) - Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include Business Unit Management, Communications and User Engagement, Risk and Environmental, Social & Governance.

 

YOUR IMPACT

A successful candidate would leverage their analytical and communication skills to drive understanding and assist in decision making related to oversight of the firm’s executive aviation needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations & financial oversight of firm’s executive aviation, including private owned aircraft & fractional interests
  • Maintain related policies & procedures, including internal governance documents related to aircraft usage
  • Prepare monthly reporting, including YTD expense & usage analysis, budgets & reforecasts based on anticipated usage, detailed travel logs, various management reports to firm leadership, tax dept., insurance/risk, legal departments and other key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all related vendor management & invoice payment/accrual is maintained timely, including verifying services have been received prior to invoice payment
  • Work with fixed assets team in Bengaluru to ensure proper fixed asset accounting & related reconciliations are prepared timely and proper residual value and other related estimates are included in the fixed asset budget.  Monitor actual depreciation expense and ensure accuracy
  • Assist aviation department head with aviation operational matters, including oversight of plane availability & flight scheduling management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 4+ years of working experience in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to problems and challenge processes, be willing to dig into the detail to resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior aviation administrative & finance experience preferred, but not required
