We are looking for a Product Manager Communications Analyst to support our credit card product team. As a Product Manager for our communications platform, you will be responsible for ensuring that important information reaches our customers at pivotal times in the product lifecycle. You will drive internal and external stakeholders to craft transparent, customer-centric language, partner with agencies to build and test communication design, and use customer communications data to track insights, resolve issues, and drive improvements. You will also gather requirements and create user stories, partnering with engineering teams to further build out our communications platform.

  • Quickly become an expert in our business, product, and customer-centric brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Delivery, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud) to create transparent and direct customer communications
  • Partner with Technology and design agencies to build and test our communications infrastructure
  • Identify, design and execute on enhancements to the customer messaging process and platform
  • Design and monitor performance reporting and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage email and physical mail vendor relationships to drive high quality delivery of customer communications



  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, brand or product with a focus on customer centricity
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to share complex insights succinctly
  • Experience with key product and business concepts of financial products, ideally credit cards
  • Proactive team player, willing to seek out and resolve issues
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • High degree of personal accountability for results
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Languages: HTML a plus
