MORE ABOUT THIS JOB

What We Do

Our team is a fundamental part of Equities One Delta Trading Strats group which form a part of the Equities business within the Securities Division.

Primary responsibilities of the team revolve around building and supporting analytics systems for business and client reporting, which includes:

  1. Quantitatively representing client and business profitability across various channels
  2. Facilitating Sales and Trading client interactions, investment decisions, risk management, etc.
  3. Quantify sales and trading decisions - cost of capital, balance sheet, workflow complexity etc.

In this entrepreneurial role, we balance our time between building scalable data-platforms and analytics systems, and providing analysis/reports to the Sales and Trading desks.

Our team helps guide business leaders' decision making and has a direct impact on key revenue streams for the group.

Your Impact

If you are looking for a high impact position in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to fully leverage your strong programming and communication skills, then our team is the ideal opportunity for you.

You'll be a member of a small and highly integrated team where the lines between your ideas and execution are almost non-existent.

You will design, build, enhance and support our analytics applications – written in various programming languages, while working closely with Sales, Trading and Senior Management.

Who We Look For

The best candidate will be intellectually curious and pay close attention to detail with a strong desire to grow inside a very lean team.

To excel, they will need to be innovators and problem-solvers, collaborative, but also demonstrate a fair amount of self-sufficiency.
