The Wealth Management Digital Strategy Team is developing technology to enhance the advisor / client relationship by digitally delivering our investment capabilities and premium service offering to our clients in a manner that delights them. We design and build tools that are transforming the client experience and extending our services to new client segments. We are a product driven team, composed of talented and passionate product managers, designers, and engineers working to change the landscape of wealth management.

YOUR IMPACT 

As a digital strategist you will be responsible for helping re-invent how financial services are distributed and consumed. You will join a team of creative and driven product managers to help build universally accessible financial solutions that are simple and transparent. You are passionate about intuitive and user centric designed product experiences, across both web and mobile platforms. You are comfortable driving strategic analytical efforts, advocating for end-users and resolving issues, while supporting a robust agile development process.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL 

The Platform and Experience Strategist will be responsible for the following: 

• Provide strategic leadership to support the vision and needs of the platform managers, product owners and the broader digital team
• Drive and deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis to support a fact-based product development process, partnering with broader analytics and research team throughout the process
• Own competitive research analysis and efforts
• Monitor and analyze end-user feedback – identifying and developing solutions when necessary and working to influence the roadmap to enhance the long-term end-user experience
• Understand, document, and improve existing processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including designers and engineers within an agile working environment
• Support the agile delivery process by being a critical part of the product development team (writing user stories, providing direction during grooming calls, testing acceptance criteria, and supporting key agile ceremonies)
• Work with platform managers and product owners to parse larger product feature projects into smaller components while understanding dependencies while providing domain expertise and timely information delivery
• Help provide prioritization efforts for the delivery team, including requirements and defects, considering both stakeholder and team needs
• Partner with the internal stakeholders, vendors, and outside experts
