Executive Office Multimedia Producer


In the ever changing space of real time communications the executives at the firm leverage video conferencing solutions. In this role you will interact and support senior executives of our firm on a daily basis. You will work directly with their assistants and adjacent team members to schedule events. Since these events are real time the person in this role must be a great communicator and be able to make decisions fluidly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Video Conferences
  • Support Audio Conferences
  • Support Webcasts
  • Produce High-Profile Conference Meetings (Board Meetings etc.)
  • Support Paperless Board Meetings via iPad
  • Liaise Technology logistics with External Client sites
  • Ensure all AV Room systems are fully operational
  • Identify, resolve and mitigate points of failure in production systems


Key Skills:

  • Excellent client service orientation, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and works well under pressure
  • Experience in working globally with multiple teams
  • Extensive Understanding of Conference room technology
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Background in producing Multimedia Events
  • Fundamental networking skills, including TCP/IP, IP routing protocols, Layer 2 switching
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate in a timely manner


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in computer science related major
  • 5+ years experience in the multimedia space
  • A genuine “I care” mindset and detail oriented
  • Working knowledge of current Video Conferencing technologies Zoom/BlueJeans/WebEx/Teams
  • Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines
  • CVE, CTS, and other professional certifications desired
