Our team is responsible for performing advanced analysis, developing reporting, dashboards and models to inform growth of the consumer deposits business and development of the the new consumer investment platform for the division to extend its investment capabilities to a wide range of customers in an automated and scalable way. We work together with marketing, product and business teams to provide insights, learnings and opportunities to build tools that are transforming the financial services experience and extending our services to new client segments. We are an analytical and business driven team composed of talented and passionate members working to change the landscape of investment management.


Your Impact


We are seeking an Analyst/Associate to join our Analytics team working on business and analytics strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for working with business and product management team to define key performance indicators and our data strategy, measure key metrics, perform data analysis and create visualizations to identify product insights, address hypotheses.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and detail-oriented with prior experience in data analytics and a strong interest in consumer business. Experience working on an agile team, collaborating closely with product managers, marketing teams, and technology to bring digital customer products to market is preferred.

  • Build trusted relationships with product, design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to help build our analytics strategy and partner with product managers to bring unique, creative and valuable products to our customers
  • Define, measure, and report against key metrics, including the top line KPIs
  • Conduct analysis and create data visualizations using Tableau and Adobe Analytics tools to convey product insights and address hypothesis
  • Translate business and product requirements into analytics specifications to capture data about user interactions on web/mobile application and help understand if customer behavior
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital Technology to help integrate key data points to establish a holistic view of clients across consumer touchpoints
  • Partner with product owners and inform product decisions through analysis, testing and modeling - Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
  • Be a thought leader and provide data-driven strategic thinking and insight to help the business make better informed decisions to drive business goals


Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Advance degree in quantitative areas like Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, information systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience analyzing various data elements, online/mobile customer experiences included
  • Prior experience developing data driven strategies in a deposits business or with B2C marketing analytics is preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience in working with large data sets using SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience working with Python or R for modeling, automation or data integration.
  • Strong project management skills; self-driven; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to lead, motivate and build relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Very detail oriented, exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and ability to thoroughly document new and existing processes.
  • Interest in Digital Investment products and Fintech sector is a plus
