RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

YOUR IMPACT

As part of the Delivery Partnership and Execution team, you will be responsible for helping re-invent how financial services are distributed and consumed. You will join a team of creative and driven operation managers to help build universally accessible and industry leading customer and agent solutions that are simple and transparent for the consumer businesses. You will be independently leading multiple process improvement and new feature projects partnering with multiple stakeholders across product, operations, Risk and Compliance functional teams along with external partners and vendors.  

We have a fast paced result driven culture and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency. The candidate should have a sense of ownership and should be able to drive results independently while working on multiple concurrent projects.

 

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Internal and external stakeholders to develop execution strategies to successfully launch new product features, benefits and promotions.
  • Coordinate any required sign-offs or agreements
  • Create business cases to support desired process improvement requests
  • Asses performance post initiative implementation, report out and propose updates based on results
  • Review various data points to identify hot spots and work collaboratively to identify solutions
  • Research and remain current on the latest industry customer service trends and recommend tools, services and practices for improvement
  • Work directly with Operational Excellence to develop crisp agent reference materials to ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Continually reprioritize and adjusts scope based on the evolving needs of the stakeholders
  • Escalate and resolve tactical issues quickly to limit business impact

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management role leading customer facing teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other software to deliver high quality materials
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively & influence others
  • Proactive, flexible and ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in management role leading customer facing teams
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience developing agent and customer facing materials
