Controllers

The mission of Controllers is to ensure that the firm meets the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution.  As part of the firm’s second line of defense, Controllers provides the critical analysis required while ensuring the internal and external financial information of the firm is accurate. Additionally, Controllers serves an important role in safeguarding the assets of the firm through the independent scrutiny of financial information. Controllers engages regularly with the firm’s regulators and auditors and through its strong culture of control and challenge helps to protect the firm from reputational and other risks.   

 

Controllers Administration  

The Controllers Administration team manages divisional administration and compliance requirements, communications, headcount analysis and people development/training initiatives for the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Your Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of the knowledge management platform used in Controllers and across the firm. The platform includes the Knowledge Bank, a centralized repository of documentation, work flows, glossaries, new hire resources and other information and a suite of elearning modules developed using Adobe Captivate.

 

As a Product Manager you will engage with key stakeholders to develop, prioritize and own the strategic vision for this platform. You will also drive the agile development process to deliver new features and functionality, identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class experience.

 

This is an opportunity to make an impact in the Controllers Division – delivering value to the end user through positive user experience and thoughtfully curated features.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive a product roadmap to meet business goals, achieve key performance indicators and provide a best-in-class user experience
  • Work collaboratively across teams to create and organize new content
  • Evaluate and create ways to reach new and existing users (e.g. newsletters, new hire outreach and training)
  • Analyze user feedback and develop key metrics, inform product strategy and report metrics to managers and stakeholder
  • Validate designs and concepts through focus groups with users
  • Create engaging eLearning training modules using Adobe Captivate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees in and out of the discipline
  • Experience working in agile framework (ideal but not required)
  • Able to creatively solve large-scale content design challenges

Technical Expertise preferred:

  • HTML, CSS (particularly Bootstrap), JavaScript/jQuery
  • Atlassian Tools including JIRA, Confluence
  • Adobe Captivate and\or other elearning creation tools
