RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Join a growing design team that’s creating the next generation of financial digital products.

We’re looking for an associate-level UX writer to help implement, refine, and expand an existing UX writing practice. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to support the financial journeys of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You’ll also work on uplifting internal systems, so that our colleagues have powerful, intuitive tools to better serve our clients.

We believe copy is a crucial part of design. We prize consistency but insist above all on clarity. We understand that while financial content is unavoidably complex, it must always be clear. We don’t overload our clients with jargon and bloated language, instead striking a human, professional tone that supports users with just enough information. And we’re always looking for new ways to solve problems.

If this sounds like a team where you could happily dwell, let’s talk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Crafting clear copy for websites, mobile apps, and other products to help users complete their tasks efficiently
  • Working with the senior UX writer to create copy for new products and features, as well as revising existing copy as needed
  • Continual building and honing of our writing guide and UX writing practices
  • Occasional work sharing with design team colleagues and presentations to wider divisional meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Constant focus on user needs
  • Healthy obsession with detail, from capitalization and punctuation to nuances of word choice
  • Collaborative spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to cultivate relationships across roles
  • Ability to work independently, assess priorities, and balance your tasks─without hesitating to ask for help when needed
  • Familiarity with or intellectual curiosity about financial terms and concepts
  • Facility with software such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience in a content role, not necessarily in the financial industry
