Client Engagement - Reflects partnership with internal clients in developing and delivering world-class solutions for the firm. Departments include Document Management, Events, Hospitality and Travel.

 

CWS Engineering - Aligns all engineering functions integral to the successful performance of the division. Departments include Digital Workplace, Client & Production Engineering, Corporate Engineering and Spend, Data and Automation and Product Success and Delivery Engineering.

 

Divisional Management (COO) - Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include Business Unit Management, Communications and User Engagement, Risk and Environmental, Social & Governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

OUR IMPACT

 

Document Management sits within the Client Engagement business unit of the Corporate and Workplace Solutions division. The team manage a portfolio of critical functions that offer client communications and workplace productivity solutions. 

Reporting to the head of the Document Management Group (DMG) in Dallas, this role oversees the operations of multiple regional service lines.  As a business manager, you will help shape the strategic vision, growth and transformation of various services. Day to day responsibilities include managing vendors to ensure exceptional client service, adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations, invoicing and spend management. In addition, the role involves project management to support the delivery of high value, high visibility transformational projects that make up the change agenda for the Document Management Group.  Typical projects span a range of areas including digitization, automation, risk & control, and operating efficiencies.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Ownership of vendor relationship(s) involving day to day operations management, contract management, and vendor oversight
  • Ensure vendor meets SLAs; Conduct weekly meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Act as a point of escalation in resolving vendor conflict and service challenges
  • Build relationships and work with the global team to engage stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Utilize metrics and data analytics to drive service improvements
  • Lead quality meetings including providing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Provide project management support for priority strategic initiatives, including analysis, business requirements, stakeholder management communications, testing, and program execution.
  • Ongoing project management and quality assurance throughout the project, including tracking and reporting progress on projects
  • Create and manage project plans and related project initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Operations management
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
  • Self-motivated and well organized. Proven track record; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required.
  • Capable of working with different levels of seniority on multiple products, regions and functions
  • Fast learner and effective communicator of new / complex information
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates an understanding of operations processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly
  • Team-oriented and consensus driven with an ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Third party management experience such as vendor, contractor, professional services etc.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project, Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
