The Developer Experience TRO function manages the related pillars of Production Engineering and Committed Program related risks in Developer Experience. The purpose of this function is to ensure technology risks and critical externally driven deliverables across all Sub Business-Units in DevExp are delivered as per commitments and to proactively highlight potential misses as early as is commercial. The TRO will collaborate closely with each Sub-BU to identify, assess, treat, and monitor risks. The result will be addressing risks more proactively strengthening security, reliability, resiliency and recoverability across all DevExp products. This will reduce the firm's risk exposure and the effort associated with addressing potential gaps in planned / future products and features.

  • Collaboratively drive improvements in production engineering practices across the Developer Experience Business Unit
  • Partner with internal engineering and external risk management teams to ensure key risk programs are run correctly and on schedule
  • Build out technical solutions to manage and highlight risk across Developer Experience in a timely manner

  • Advance risk projects internal to DevExp and escalate undermanaged risks – including but not limited to monitoring of controls and their effectiveness on an ongoing basis, documenting changes, gaps, improvements and the overall state of the Committed program to report to DevExp leadership

You Are:

  • One who enjoys working in a progressive, team-oriented environment
