PFM

Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence and control over their financial decisions. Our dedicated team of advisors across approximately 100 offices throughout the U.S., develops and implements personalized plans tailored to each client's values and life goals. Our advisors offer an investment platform inclusive of products and services offered by Goldman Sachs and other third parties, including private banking and lending offerings. We consider the relationships with our clients a lifelong partnership, a partnership backed by over 150 years of Goldman Sachs providing consistency, perspective and access as our clients’ needs evolve.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Essential Responsibilities:
    • Manage, lead and execute training initiatives and programs
    • Identify training needs within GS PFM by working with key department stakeholders
    • Manages, plans and develops training courses and programs including appropriate delivery method (ILT, virtual learning, webinar, etc)
    • Works closely with training developer, instructional designers and SME’s to plan and create effective training
    • Coordinates training webinars, online events and meetings.
    • Develop e-learning using various training softwares and modalities
    • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
    • Deliver training courses
    • Evaluate and gather feedback from existing training programs to enhance training curriculum and delivery method
    • Run reports to identify trends and insight into learners needs
    • Manage outside training vendors (instructional designers, vendors)
    • Lead Administrator of our Learning Management System
    • Serve as the lead trainer on business product and process
    • Serve as a primary test user for new product launches to provide feedback on training needs and product improvements
    • Serve as the primary lead in ideation and execution for WalkMe training software & development
    • Provide internal reviews and audits of training materials for quality and accuracy
    • Consult with internal and external SME’s to evaluate and provide training analysis and documentation; partner with developer to translate into training solutions
    • Perform on-going analysis of existing curriculum to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in meeting business need

     

    1. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

    Experience & Education

    • A bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Experience in managing learning management systems
    • Experience in development of e-learning using adult instructional design theory and principles
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry is a plus

    Skills & KNowledge

    • Advanced interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and regional partners
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • The ability to achieve goals independently as well as to contribute effectively to team goals
    • Strong ability to assimilate information and processes quickly
    • Passion for teaching others and engaging learners through virtual and onsite training event
