The firm’s Consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup with more than 150 years of experience. Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, financial tools, and our partnership with Apple on Apple Card. We use innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity. As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.
The Goldman Sachs credit card business is seeking a product manager who is passionate about delivering world class experiences, and who thrives on solving problems with multiple constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
You will be an owner of the Large Partnerships and Consumer Cards business goals for your product domain, focused on new feature development, existing product enhancements as well as identifying and driving relevant growth initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development cycle from requirements analysis, design, testing, maintenance and User Acceptance Testing of these financial applications. You will uncover and share insights and opportunities on prospect demand and conversion.
Success in this role will require you to be technical, meticulous and analytically-minded.
You will articulate product vision and strategy, and engage key external and internal stakeholders across Product, Risk Management, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other teams to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience.
